DIY // Paper Stars

Hello, it's time for a DIY this week. It's really simple once you get the hang of it and also quite addictive (you may find your room overflowing with paper stars soon).

All you need are strips of paper, preferably 21cm x 1.5cm

To begin, loop the end of a strip around and squish it down to make a regular pentagon.

Fold the shorter end around and then start on the longer. Continue folding the paper following the sides of the pentagon until you get to the last 1-2cms.

Then tuck in the tab making a neat pentagon. Next use your nails to pinch in the sides, it's easier with longer nails or you can even use the side of a ruler.
And that is it! Simple right?

They look adorable in glass jars and would make a cute present. You could even write little messages on the pieces of paper before folding them up.

That's all for this week, hope you enjoyed and try these!
